Ron Das, Ph.D. – President & CEO
Ron has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry in building business operations and successful fabless start-up companies. Most recently, Ron was CEO of Siliconaire, a company with a pioneering business model serving the fabless semiconductor market and helping several start-ups in their success. Previously, Ron was VP of Operations at Atheros Communications where he built the business infrastructure and partnerships to take the world's first CMOS 802.11a/b/g chipset into high volume manufacturing leading to a successful IPO. Before Atheros, Ron was VP of Operations at NewPort Communications, where he helped in building the company business towards a successful acquisition by Broadcom. Ron also held executive level positions at Cirrus Logic and AMD where he managed various joint ventures of significant size with companies like IBM, Lucent and Fujitsu. Ron is a former board member of the Global Semiconductor Alliance (GSA). Ron holds a doctoral degree in Electrical Engineering from University of California, Santa Barbara.

Denis Masliah – Founder & CTO
Denis has a broad experience in semiconductor power amplifier development with knowledge in GaAs-based and Silicon-based devices. Possessing more than 25 years of experience in the development of technology-based businesses, Denis founded ACCO Semiconductor with his breakthrough fundamental device innovation for realizing CMOS power amplifiers for the handset market. Prior to that, Denis also founded ACCO SA as a design service company developing Analog, RF and Microwave circuits, growing the company to 40 people with multi-million dollar contracts. Denis also worked successively for THOMSON CSF, M/A-COM, RAYTHEON and PHILIPS, holding positions in the development of power amplifiers and transceiver circuits. Denis holds a master degree from ISEP, France.

James Benefer – VP Marketing and Business Development
Jim brings over 25 years of experience in the marketing, sales and business development of semiconductor wireless solutions and devices, as well as applications support and systems design experience earlier in his career. Prior to joining ACCO, Jim served as SVP of Marketing and World-wide Sales for Spreadtrum Communications, a mobile platform provider, and as SVP, Marketing and Business Development for Quorum Systems, a CMOS transceiver startup (prior to their acquisition by Spreadtrum). In addition to assisting in the successful acquisition of Quorum, Jim worked closely with tier 1 mobile phone OEMs, platform providers and China-based mobile phone companies, gaining multiple design wins and key partnership agreements, helping to position Quorum’s (now Spreadtrum’s) transceivers for widespread adoption within the mobile phone market. Jim’s career has also included key management roles in National Semiconductor, Rockwell International, GCT Semiconductor and AT&T Microelectronics, responsible for many mobile phone-related products spanning: GSM, EDGE, WCDMA, Bluetooth, WLAN, VoIP and multi-media standards.

Tuan Nguyen – VP Engineering
Tuan Nguyen has over 25 years of experience in semiconductor product development for mobile handsets, broadband communication, digital consumer, and PC markets. Tuan was most recently the VP of Engineering at Amalfi Semiconductor, where he successfully delivered the world’s best Power Amps for cellular handsets in CMOS technology and took them to high volume production. Prior to Amalfi, Tuan served as VP of Engineering at TAEC and Artile Microsystems, where he was responsible for developing standard products and custom SoC’s based on Toshiba's MIPS embedded processors. Tuan has also spent over 13 years at Oak Technology, where he started as a founding engineer and eventually became VP of Engineering in various Business Units within Oak. During this time, Tuan helped the company grow to over 500 employees with annual revenues of over $240 million. Tuan holds a bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Santa Clara University.

Mohammad Tafazzoli – VP Operations
Mohammad has 25 years of experience in semiconductor operations in both public and venture back startup companies. Most recently, Mohammad was VP Operations at SiBEAM where he revamped the operations organization and ramped 2nd Generation CMOS 60GHz wireless chipset solutions into production. Mohammad has held VP level positions at Mediaphy Inc., notable for developing single chip Mobile DTV solution and Beceem Communicaitons, world leader in 4G wireless solutions for the emerging LTE/WiMAX market. Additionally, he spent 9 years at Genesis Microchip, the world leader in FlatPanel monitor controller ICs and DTV image processing solutions, where he progressed to become SVP Operations supporting $260M revenue. Mohammad started off his career at Signetics/Philips and also spent several years at Cirrus Logic managin various engineering responsibilities. Mohammad holds a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University.

Benoit Rousseau – CFO
Benoit Rousseau has more than 15 years experience in Finance. He spent 8 years at Arthur Andersen managing the transaction support division doing due diligences for equity firms and industrial groups. After Arthur Andersen, Benoit held CFO positions at various companies including I Day Plus (company specialized in sport, media and high tech), Sport Universal Process (European leading company in sport statistics). Benoit holds a master degree from HEC, France.
